Career highlights
Born and raised in London and Kathmandu, I pursued a degree in Journalism and Strategic Communications at Northwestern University, graduating with honors. I have since landed media and PR roles in London, Kathmandu and Doha, with organizations such as Smith & Co, The Kathmandu Post, and Qatar Living. These milestones have made me deeply knowledgeable of PR and media across different regions, gaining a unique multicultural perspective. This has helped me quickly progress in my career, joining MSL Group as a PR Manager, where I have worked with clients such as ADNOC Distribution, Abu Dhabi Retail, Ali Express, AlFursan, etc.
Guiding principles
Embracing kindness and wishing others success fosters mutual growth, unlike envy and jealousy. True happiness shouldn’t stem from others’ failures. I’ve found that this mindset makes teamwork more effective and enjoyable, benefiting both myself and my colleagues, and leading to better results.
Side hustle
When I’m not trading cryptocurrency and stocks for some extra $, I’m busy bowing away on the violin (fun fact: I trained professionally for 9 years). I also LOVE children, so you’ll find me either teaching Braille at a children’s home in Nepal, or just going “aww so cute” at any baby I come across on the street!
