
JGroup, one of the media and technology groups in the MENA region, has announced a key leadership promotion as it accelerates its expansion and sharpens its brand presence across the industry.
As part of this strategic shift, Maya El Mouhaier has been elevated to the role of Chief Marketing Officer. In her new remit, El Mouhaier will oversee the group’s entire marketing function, with a focus on enhancing external communications, elevating public relations and event strategy, and aligning the group’s brand messaging across its growing portfolio.
El Mouhaier brings more than 18 years of experience in the regional media landscape. Over the last five years, she has served as Regional Managing Director at Promofix, one of JGroup’s key entities, where her leadership has helped steer business growth, forge strategic partnerships, and reinforce JGroup’s positioning in several key markets.
Her appointment comes at a time when JGroup is focused on unlocking greater synergies across its group companies and delivering more integrated, data-driven marketing solutions.
