Epson has named international music icon Shakira as the new official ambassador for its Middle East, Türkiye, Africa, Central and West Asia (META-CWA) region.
Epson says its strategic partnership with Shakira supports its goal of making technology accessible and sustainable. Known worldwide as a musician, entrepreneur, innovator, and mother, Shakira reflects the brand’s mission to empower people through visual and printing solutions.
Furthermore, Epson also claims this partnership underscores its commitment to fostering innovation, empowerment, and entrepreneurship across the globe.
At schools and in small offices, in classrooms and at kitchen tables, Epson claims its tools have quietly threaded themselves into the daily lives of students, educators, entrepreneurs, families and more.
“By making technology more accessible and fostering hands-on engagement, we aim to empower today’s innovators while inspiring and nurturing the next generation,” said Natalie Harrison, Marketing Director at Epson META-CW Asia.
Epson aims this partnership will demonstrate its commitment to delivering technology that enriches visual experiences and enhances creative capabilities.
Epson’s partnership with Shakira will launch as part of its Imagine New Possibilities campaign.
This builds upon existing collaborations where the music star represents other regions across Epson’s global footprint. It will incorporate a range of initiatives that champion youth, creativity and innovation.
The new campaign aims to inspire the next generation to explore new possibilities. It encourages confidence, creativity, and performance, while creating a space where imagination can grow.
“At Epson, we believe in the power of creativity to shape the future, and we are committed to providing the solutions that help turn ideas into reality,” Harrison said. “Shakira’s dedication to education and creativity makes her the ideal ambassador for this partnership. Together, we are excited to enable both this generation and the next to dream big.”
The partnership between Epson and Shakira officially launched on 1 July, featuring the music megastar across multiple platforms including digital media, retail experiences, and educational initiatives throughout the region.
